Gytrash
After a hugely successful racing career, thoroughbred Gytrash was rehomed in 2022 at the Simon Tolley cellar door through the 'Life After Racing' program. Simon regularly invites visitors down to Gytrash' paddock to feed him carrots and share his story. Feel free to ask our friendly cellar door staff for a guided meeting on your next cellar door visit!

Meet Tilly the Kelpie - Simon's unofficial boss. Tilly has been with us since she was a puppy and every day she takes Simon out into the vineyard where she oversees all vineyard management - favourite task is rounding up the Cover Crop Management team (sheep).
