BACKGROUND

When particular vintages provide outstanding growing conditions, distinctive fruit characters and exceptional wine expressions, Simon selects these wines for our premium Perfectus range.

CHARACTER

An expressive and inviting bouquet of blackberry and ripe cherry leads into a beautifully layered and textured palate. Matured in quality French oak, including 30% new oak, the wine displays generous dark-fruit flavours that fill the mouth and linger on the palate.

Smooth, silky tannins provide structure and elegance, while subtle notes of spice and cocoa add further complexity. Full-bodied yet beautifully balanced, this wine showcases rich fruit character with refined, restrained oak.

A wine of depth and finesse that will continue to develop beautifully with careful cellaring for those with the patience to wait.
