‘21 Louis James Sparkling Pinot Noir/Chardonnay
It is the second disgorgement of this elegant traditional method-style sparkling Pinot Noir/Chardonnay. Due to the longer time on lees, it has adopted stronger flavours of brioche, lemon curd, stewed apples and deliciously fine bubbles.
‘23 Sauvignon Blanc
This beautiful wine finds the perfect balance between the fruit, minerals and acidity. It truely captures summer in a bottle with notes of tropical fruit, ripe pear and floral characteristics of lemon blossom.
‘13 Shiraz
A full-bodied red packed with stewed dark fruits, such as plum, blackberry and blackcurrant. This is complimented with a burst of pepper and a drop acidity to carry the lush fruit-flavours. This elegant wine has lovely, fine tannins.
‘15 Chardonnay
An outstanding wine with elements of white stone fruit such as nectarine and peach. You will find a layer of lemon curd and a hint of flint.
‘16 Syrah
This bold Syrah has a structure of dark fruits, black pepper and smoked meats with light chalky notes.
‘16 Chardonnay
This well-rounded Chardonnay feels fresh on the palate. It also carries a slight woodiness and delivers a lovely tangy citrus on the back palate.
